These terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, officials, assignors, and any other individuals who access the platform.
ASportsManager is a sports league management platform that enables organizations to manage leagues, teams, officials, schedules, availability, assignments, and related administrative tasks. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ASportsManager immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in accordance with the pricing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. ASportsManager reserves the right to modify subscription fees with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by ASportsManager and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant ASportsManager a license to use, store, and process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any data you upload.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. ASportsManager is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ASportsManager makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASportsManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ASportsManager, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
ASportsManager reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
ASportsManager reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
